Senior Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead large-scale capital improvement and asset enhancement projects across AIR's multifamily
• Manage complex projects including hallway renovations, leasing office transformations, common area
• Partner with internal stakeholders, property operations teams, architects, designers, consultants
• Drive all phases of project execution, including scoping, design development, budgeting, bidding
• Serve as primary accountability point for vendor performance, ensuring quality, budget compliance
• Conduct site visits and provide project reporting to leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience supporting capital improvements, construction
• Experience managing large-scale renovation projects with budgets exceeding $100K
• Strong vendor management experience including contractor selection, contract administration, and
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to make strategic decisions and drive projects forward
