Senior Project Manager

📋 Description

• Coordinate multiple workstreams across People, Technology, Engineering, Product, Operations, and
• Establish and maintain project governance, including status reporting, RAID logs, decision
• Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methods based on the needs and complexity of each
• Identify delivery risks and dependencies early, drive mitigation actions, and escalate decisions
• Use GenAI tools to improve project planning, status reporting, meeting documentation, risk
• Identify opportunities to improve PMO processes, templates, reporting standards, and delivery

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience working as a Project Manager, leading complex projects
• Experience leading cross-functional projects involving Human Resources (HR), employee experience
• Strong understanding of software implementation, testing, rollout, change management, and adoption.
• Experienced work through unclear requirements, prioritise competing demands, and convert ambiguity
• Experience managing projects with stakeholders across different countries, cultures, and
• Hands-on experience building AI, automation, or workflow solutions for real business problems.
