📋 Description

• Oversee and coordinate end-to-end technical and creative project workflows across the marketing
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between SEO, technical writing, design, web development
• Develop project timelines, milestones, and deliverables; track progress and adjust timelines as
• Manage team capacity and assign resources effectively across multiple concurrent projects
• Coordinate with the CRM team on data workflows, system updates, and ensure marketing initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 yrs. project management experience in a marketing, technology, or agency environment
• Proven experience coordinating cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated experience managing projects with both creative and technical components
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Trello, plus any of: Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, Smartsheet, Wrike
• Familiarity with Zoho CRM workflows, data management, and integration processes
• Ability to review design files in Figma, provide feedback, and understand design-to-development
