Senior Project Manager

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of creative and production projects from brief to delivery.
• Maintain real-time project status in OMG for leadership visibility.
• Coordinate across creative, CRM, video, and QA teams for milestones.
• Track SLA risks early; escalate with proposed resolution.
• Support brief triage: review briefs, flag ambiguities, confirm scope.
• Manage version control, asset filing, and delivery to spec.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in project management or production coordination in creative/marketing.
• Proficiency with PM tools: OMG, Workfront, Asana, or Monday.com.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted workflow and resource management tools; willing to learn OMG AI.
• Systematic, data-driven capacity planning and problem solving.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; manage multiple projects.
• Clear, confident English; Spanish is an advantage for Mexico City hub.
