🎯 Requirements

Proven experience leading large-scale technology transformations in SAFe.
Experience as Senior Project Manager and Release Train Engineer on enterprise delivery.
Strong knowledge of Agile delivery, governance, risk management, and exec reporting.
Experience delivering IAM programs, ideally SailPoint implementations.
Excellent communication and collaboration across all levels of the organization.
