Plan quarterly or bi-annual planning, roadmap, objectives, scope and deliverables
Create detailed project plans with tasks, timelines and resources
Coordinate design, product and engineering teams to facilitate communication and decisions
Lead sprint rituals: planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives and demos
Track milestones and provide weekly status updates to stakeholders
Identify risks/blockers and drive mitigation and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of experience in Program/Project Management (development PM focused)
Prior technical experience or a technical degree is recommended
Experience with PM software (Jira, Confluence, Coda, etc.)
Strong organization and communication skills
Ability to lead and coach without formal authority
Strong agile experience; data-driven insights and action plans
