Senior Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional technology and transformation initiatives (e.g., sales process
• Translate business outcomes and stakeholder needs into an executable project plan with clear scope
• Partner with Product Managers to own project execution, planning, governance, dependencies, risks
• Lead AI transformation from process redesign through adoption; connect AI experiences to data
• Align business and technical stakeholders on goals, ownership, dependencies, and decisions; clear
• When assigned as Solution Owner, facilitate solution design and integrate outputs from Business

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Denver-based hybrid role; in-office attendance on Tuesdays is required.
• 5+ years in project or program management, delivering complex cross-functional technology
• 3+ years in transformation, technology delivery, operations, or consulting.
• Experience leading complex projects involving AI/ML, data, analytics, automation, enterprise
• Strong execution skills in scoping, requirements, integrated planning, risk and dependency
