Senior Project Manager

📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the Leadership Team by evaluating, prioritizing, and advancing
• Lead complex, high-priority organizational initiatives, programs, and projects, applying advanced
• Oversee the strategic project portfolio, including interdependencies, priorities, risks, resource
• Provide portfolio-level reporting to senior leadership, presenting data-driven recommendations
• Lead cross-functional projects using established project management lifecycle practices
• Drive standardization, continuous improvement, and adoption of project management methodologies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• At least 7 years of progressively responsible project management experience, including complex
• PMP certification is strongly preferred, while program management, Agile, or related professional
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects, interdependent workstreams, and
• Strong intellectual curiosity and analytical ability, with the capacity to evaluate ideas
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity, structuring unclear problems into actionable plans, and
