Senior Project Manager, Architecture

📋 Description

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate all project phases (Concept to Construction).
• Prepare and maintain project schedules.
• Escalate changing project conditions to leadership.
• Assemble consultant teams: scope, fees, and contracts.
• Coordinate with contracts team for contract execution.
• Represent WM at design reviews and approvals; mentor juniors.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years experience in managing ground-up commercial architecture projects.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Licensed Architect or in licensure process preferred.
• AutoCAD and Revit skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Newforma.
• Thorough knowledge of building codes.
