📋 Description

• Lead project setup, planning, and execution, including project charters, roadmaps, integrated
• Manage day-to-day delivery by driving task ownership, monitoring timelines, tracking decisions
• Create structure in ambiguous environments by assessing priorities, sequencing activities, managing
• Lead cross-functional teams involving business, technology, change management, vendors, program
• Facilitate project meetings, working sessions, steering committees, milestone reviews, and decision
• Prepare concise, executive-ready communications covering project health, progress, risks, required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required; a degree in Business, Information
• 8+ years of project management experience, including leadership of complex, cross-functional
• Demonstrated ability to independently lead projects, create structure in ambiguous situations, and
• Experience with project governance, delivery lifecycle management, milestone reviews, change
• PMP certification or an equivalent project management credential is preferred.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet, Microsoft 365, or comparable project management and collaboration
