📋 Description

• Manage projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate design and construction documents with resource groups.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate project phases; provide construction services.
• Primary client contact; coordinate with consultants and reps.
• Assemble consultant teams: scope, fees, contracts, oversight.
• Lead and mentor project team; foster a collaborative environment.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in Civil Engineering/Land Development (site planning, drainage).
• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or related field.
• PE license preferred.
• Knowledge of local land use entitlement processes/regulations.
• Hydrologic/hydraulic analysis and stormwater design expertise.
• AutoCAD and Civil 3D skills.
