📋 Description

• Lead client projects and manage annual budgets to improve delivery and client satisfaction.
• Advise clients on eDiscovery best practices, workflows, and solutions.
• Plan and monitor communications, timelines, scope, and expectations with stakeholders.
• Create work orders and coordinate data processing, review, and production.
• Ensure delivery aligned with industry standards and client expectations.
• Train teams on workflows and eDiscovery best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Master’s/JD preferred.
• 6+ years’ experience; 4+ years managing eDiscovery projects.
• 5+ years in legal department, law firm, or eDiscovery provider.
• Hands-on Relativity experience.
• Strong eDiscovery processes, workflows, and tech knowledge.
• Proven PM skills with multiple priorities and deadlines.
