Plan and coordinate all aspects of AIC projects from initiation to closure.
Ensure service delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction through PM practices.
Lead project initiation: objectives, success metrics, scope, constraints, governance.
Develop, maintain, and execute project plans, schedules, budgets, WBS, RAID.
Own project administration in AHEAD’s tools (PSA), including budgets and billing milestones.
Apply change control and PCR processes with ELs, TLs, and Sales.

🎯 Requirements

10–12+ years IT PM experience with multi-phase engagements.
Cloud platforms migrations/modernization (Azure, AWS, GCP).
Data & AI platform implementations, analytics/AI/ML initiatives.
App modernization/DevOps – refactoring, re-platforming.
Global, distributed teams; after-hours/change activities.
PM tools proficiency (MS Project, Smartsheet, Azure DevOps, Jira) and exec comms.
