Senior Project Manager, CX

📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional initiatives across product, engineering, pricing, marketing, and customer success
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and customers
• Drive product launches and ensure milestones are met on time and within scope
• Create and manage project plans, timelines, risks, and status communications
• Support product management with tools, reporting, data, and frameworks to improve planning and delivery
• Develop and manage operational processes that improve team efficiency and collaboration

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in program/project management, product operations, or related roles in a software or tech company
• Proven experience managing cross-functional projects and working with product and GTM teams
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to distill large information into concise presentations for senior management
• Well-organized, able to manage multiple priorities, timelines and deliverables
• Proven ability to influence without authority in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
• Strong collaborator with the ability to work in a matrixed organization
