Senior Project Manager, CX PMO

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Hero Projects and XL initiatives in CX PMO.
• Partner with CX, Product, Engineering, and governance leaders to align scope and timing.
• Operate with autonomy to tackle ambiguous, interconnected challenges.
• Scale PMO with AI-enabled operating model, intake automation, dashboards.
• Provide executive-ready updates, status reports, and sign-off with leaders.
• Shape PMO standards and governance to enable AI-enabled scaling.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience in tech, ops, or CX.
• Led L/XL cross-functional programs end-to-end with risk mgmt.
• Ability to solve ambiguous, interconnected problems for exec audiences.
• Strong organizational/communication skills for Director- and VP-level.
• Experience creating artifacts and presenting to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
