Senior Project Manager - Data Center

📋 Description

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale or complex construction and capital
• Lead ground-up data center projects from preconstruction and site development through core and
• Oversee the integration of mission-critical building systems, including medium- and low-voltage
• Coordinate the construction and integration of data hall infrastructure, power distribution to IT
• Develop and manage multi-million dollar project budgets and schedules, proactively identifying and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field required
• 8+ years of progressive experience in commercial construction project management, including large
• Demonstrated experience overseeing the installation and commissioning of data center electrical and
• Working knowledge of data center operational requirements, infrastructure coordination, system
• Demonstrated success managing multi-million dollar budgets and cross-functional project teams.
• Strong knowledge of construction law, contracts, and risk management.
