Own end-to-end delivery lifecycle for complex enterprise engagements
Partner with clients and Commercial teams during pre-sales to define needs and scope
Translate solution requirements into executable delivery plans
Plan and manage multi-workstream programs with governance and cadence
Lead delivery planning, orchestration, and vendor coordination

🎯 Requirements

7–12 years in enterprise delivery leadership, program or project management in banking/fintech or tech infra
Proven leadership of cross-functional teams across Engineering, Product, and Integration
Proven success delivering large-scale, multi-system solutions in regulated environments
Define, shape, and deliver complex client solutions with rigorous governance
Experience delivering across banking, custody, payments, or capital markets
Languages: Swiss German, German, and English; French preferred for Geneva
