Senior Project Manager Delivery

📋 Description

• Build, mentor, and lead a delivery team to scale financial services solutions.
• Own end-to-end delivery lifecycle from shaping to go-live and steady-state operations.
• Partner with clients and Commercial during pre-sales to define solution needs and expectations.
• Translate requirements into executable delivery plans with scope, timelines, costs, and risks.
• Plan multi-workstream programs with governance, reporting frameworks, and cadence.
• Ensure delivery quality, client satisfaction, and operational readiness; drive continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• 7–12 years in enterprise delivery leadership in banking/fintech or tech infra.
• Proven leadership building high-performing teams and stakeholder management.
• Experience delivering large-scale, multi-system solutions in regulated environments.
• Strong experience across banking, custody, payments, or capital markets.
• Deep understanding of delivery governance, dependency management, and readiness.
• Languages: Swiss German, German, English; French preferred; Italian a plus.
