📋 Description

  • Own end-to-end project execution, deliver on time and budget.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams: Account, Creative, Strategy, Media, Production.
  • Monitor budgets, hours, and resources vs SOWs.
  • Identify risks and scope changes; drive resolutions to stay on track.
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication for alignment and delivery.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of Project Management experience.
  • Agency experience is required.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-phase marketing or advertising campaigns.
  • Strong budgeting, forecasting, resource allocation, and capacity planning.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams across Client Services, Creative, Strategy, and Production.
  • Hands-on experience with PM tools such as Asana, Harvest, Salesforce, Workfront, Monday.com.
