πŸ“‹ Description

  • Own end-to-end project execution, delivering on time, within budget, per scope.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Account, Creative, Strategy, Media, and Production.
  • Monitor project budgets, hours, and resource utilization against SOWs.
  • Proactively identify risks, roadblocks, and scope changes; drive timely resolutions.
  • Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders and client-facing teams.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of Project Management experience.
  • Agency experience is required.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-phase marketing or advertising campaigns.
  • Strong budgeting, forecasting, resource allocation, and capacity planning.
  • Hands-on experience with PM tools such as Asana, Harvest, Salesforce, Workfront, Monday.com, or similar.
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1–C2) is required.
