📋 Description

  • Own end-to-end project execution within scope, time, and budget.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams: Account, Creative, Strategy, Media, Production.
  • Monitor budgets, hours, and resource use against SOWs.
  • Identify risks and scope changes; drive resolutions to stay on track.
  • Facilitate stakeholder communications for alignment and delivery.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of PM experience.
  • Agency experience required.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-phase marketing or ad campaigns.
  • Budgeting, forecasting, resource allocation, and capacity planning.
  • Led cross-functional teams across Client Services, Creative, Strategy, and Production.
  • Hands-on use of PM tools: Asana, Harvest, Salesforce, Workfront, Monday.com.
