Own the Fund's build plan across governance, partnerships, fundraising and pilots.
Manage external counsel across jurisdictions and translate advice into decisions.
Drive partnerships with delivery orgs; prepare term sheets and MOUs.
Lead fundraising materials, CEO prep, diligence responses, and reporting.
Stand up governance: board formation, charter, and committees.
Build internal operating infrastructure and represent the Fund externally when needed.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years managing complex projects with external stakeholders.
Experience standing up new organizations, funds, or partnerships.
Track record managing external advisers, esp. legal counsel.
Excellent writing and synthesis for boards, funders, counsel.
Experience in partnership/contract negotiation; quick to learn.
Willingness to travel internationally; comfortable with remote teams.
