🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in transportation or logistics.
• 3+ years people management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proven negotiation with carriers, 3PLs, or freight forwarders.
• ERP systems, Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization.
