Senior Project Manager – Higher Education Experience (LATAM Candidates Only)

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for Higher Education.
• Manage multiple projects with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Serve as primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Define scope, timelines, milestones, resources, and risk.
• Facilitate kickoff, status updates, steering committee, and exec presentations.
• Drive client satisfaction and smooth post-implementation support.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, PM, HE, or related field.
• 5+ years managing enterprise software implementations in Higher Education.
• Experience with SIS, CRM, LMS, ERP implementations.
• Knowledge of HE processes: Student Lifecycle, Admissions, Registration, Academic Records, Finance.
• Experience leading full project lifecycles (discovery to go-live).
• PM methodologies (PMI, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and English (C1) required.
