Senior Project Manager, Implementation

📋 Description

• Lead complex implementation projects by creating and maintaining comprehensive schedules and
• Serve as the primary implementation lead for assigned customers, proactively managing
• Coordinate Product Development, Customer Success, Technical Consulting, Technical Implementation
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and operational challenges, assess their potential impact
• Manage multiple concurrent implementation projects across varying products, customer segments, and
• Facilitate customer-facing meetings, lead project discussions, document decisions and action items

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience leading implementation projects, customer onboarding initiatives, project
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Information Systems, Communications, or a
• Advanced experience managing complex implementations and customer-facing delivery activities.
• Strong project scheduling, stakeholder management, cross-functional coordination, and delivery
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple concurrent projects with different levels of
