Senior Project Manager, Interior Architecture & Design

📋 Description

• Lead projects from start to finish.
• Utilize resource groups for design and construction docs.
• Provide construction services (site visits, shop drawings).
• Primary client contact with clients, consultants, and reps.
• Be a technical resource on codes and construction.
• Create and lead a positive, team-oriented environment.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years managing corporate, workplace, retail, or commercial interior design projects.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Licensed Architect or in the licensure process required.
• AutoCAD and Revit skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Newforma.
• Thorough knowledge of building codes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate a complete set of contract documents.
