Senior Project Manager - Land

📋 Description

• Coordinate internal and external delivery across a complex defence programme across multiple sites
• Maintain project roadmap and surface risks before they affect delivery
• Translate technical progress into clear commercial reporting for senior leadership
• Own reporting dashboards tracking KPIs across engineering milestones and commitments
• Collaborate with engineering teams, partners and defence customers; document decisions and actions
• Drive continuous improvement of Helsing’s project management functions

🎯 Requirements

• Coordinated project delivery in defence, aerospace or engineering environments
• Experience building and maintaining project tracking tools or risk registers
• PMP certification or actively working towards one; applying structured PM methods
• Fluent English, with ability to navigate defence/procurement terminology
• Willingness to travel regularly and meet national security clearance requirements
• Willing to travel regularly across sites to partner and customer locations and meet all
