Senior Project Manager, M&A & Large Projects

📋 Description

• Lead project management for mergers, acquisitions, strategic partnerships, integrations, and other
• Build and manage detailed project plans, timelines, workstreams, milestones, dependencies, and
• Coordinate teams across finance, legal, HR, product, engineering, operations, security, leadership
• Support due diligence by organizing data requests, tracking open items, coordinating stakeholders
• Drive integration planning and execution, including readiness activities, dependency management
• Identify risks, blockers, dependencies, and key decision points early and proactively develop

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of project or program management experience in M&A, corporate development, consulting
• Prior experience leading an M&A project.
• Experience leading or supporting mergers, acquisitions, integrations, or other high-visibility
• Ability to work independently in fast-moving environments with evolving priorities.
• Proven ability to build alignment across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex topics
