📋 Description

• Provide leadership and oversight of assigned work orders.
• Coordinate with government stakeholders, tech teams, and partners.
• Manage program governance: planning, reporting, and performance monitoring.
• Oversee program budgets, schedules, resource allocation, and deliverables.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks while ensuring contract compliance.
• Monitor performance and implement corrective actions to meet objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Program Management, or 10 yrs DoD PM exp.
• Experience managing program lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, closeout.
• Experience with governance, budget oversight, resource allocation, performance mgmt.
• Experience identifying and mitigating program risks in complex environments.
• Experience supporting DoD contract execution and compliance.
• PMP certification.
