Senior Project Manager, Professional Services (German Speaking)

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, concurrent, enterprise-level customer projects from kickoff to
• Prepare enterprise customers for deployment, establish clear success criteria, track deliverables
• Proactively identify, track, and mitigate project risks and technical dependencies, resolving
• Serve as the single point of contact and escalation owner for customer executives, cross-functional
• Execute quality control throughout project lifecycles to ensure deliverables meet or exceed
• Partner with PS leadership to help build, refine, and maintain the PMO governance framework

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of direct Project Management experience delivering customer-facing, enterprise technical
• Previous experience with managing customers from Financial Services, Government, Healthcare
• Track record of managing multiple complex, high-visibility client engagements concurrently in a
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, exercising strong judgment and decision-making in
• Expert knowledge of modern project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, Asana) as
• Fluent written and spoken German and English skill is a must.
