📋 Description

• Develop commercially and lead project execution in renewable energies (PV, wind onshore, battery
• Identify follow-on sales opportunities and support proposal efforts, including project scoping and
• Lead complex technical assignments: due diligence, technical advisory, performance monitoring
• Participate in design review processes with previous experience.
• Manage the entire project life cycle from sales to closure, capturing and disseminating lessons

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Electrical/Energetic Engineering
• Fluent in English and Polish; additional languages (French, Spanish, Portuguese, or German) a plus
• Competences in electrical power systems for renewables (especially BESS, wind, and solar), HV
• Knowledge of basic design for generators and transformers including tests and fault analysis
• Ability to perform cost evaluation for electrical systems including HV substations and HV
• Ability to perform, manage, and check calculation reports (load flow, short circuit, stability
