Lead multiple integrated digital and tech projects across strategy, CRM, and production teams
Create and manage integrated project plans, timelines, budgets, and roadmaps
Drive estimation: scope, effort sizing, dependencies, and timelines
Partner across technical and business teams to align delivery with client goals
Manage end-to-end delivery from discovery to post-launch support
Oversee Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, standups, backlog, and releases

🎯 Requirements

8+ years of PM experience delivering digital marketing, tech, or CX solutions
Experience managing complex digital and integrated projects across multiple workstreams
Experience leading projects across strategy, creative, dev, CRM, and production
Deep understanding of website/app development, CRM, email marketing, and e-commerce
Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
Proven ability to manage full project lifecycle from discovery to post-launch support
