📋 Description

• Plan, prioritize, and manage deliverables and resources across multiple concurrent projects and
• Coordinate creative, strategy, technology, production, digital, and media teams to deliver
• Act as the primary project contact for clients, building strong relationships and maintaining
• Develop and communicate project plans, timelines, milestones, launch dates, and status updates to
• Monitor project budgets, burn reports, scopes of work (SOWs), resource allocation, and financial
• Track project risks, dependencies, scope changes, and potential delays, proactively developing

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience managing multiple interactive projects from discovery and design through
• Previous experience working at an agency, ideally managing creative and digital projects.
• Proven ability to lead projects autonomously from start to finish while coordinating multiple teams
• Experience managing project budgets, burn reports, resource allocation, and writing scopes of work.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and project management processes.
• Experience managing teams, assigning tasks, prioritizing workloads, and coordinating staffing
