Senior Project/Portfolio Coordinator

📋 Description

• Maintain and organize Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar project boards, backlogs, workflows
• Ensure work items contain clear acceptance criteria, accurate status information, appropriate tags
• Coordinate sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, release readiness reviews, and other project
• Track milestones, deliverables, deadlines, dependencies, risks, issues, resource constraints, and
• Maintain RAID logs and proactively identify potential schedule delays, roadblocks, and cross-team
• Document meetings, track action items, and follow up with owners to ensure commitments are

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, Computer
• At least 3 years of experience supporting software development, IT, or technical project teams.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
• Experience managing project boards, backlogs, workflows, and reporting through Jira, Azure DevOps
• Experience coordinating sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, release activities, and other
• Strong ability to develop and maintain project schedules, milestone trackers, action-item logs, and
