Senior Project Scheduler

📋 Description

• Lead scheduling for wind, solar, and BESS projects across the U.S.
• Develop and execute scheduling strategies to optimize cost, quality, and risk
• Collaborate with Engineering, Construction, Development, PM, Finance, Legal, Ops
• Manage priority project schedules from development through execution
• Train and guide project managers in scheduling processes
• Report schedule updates to management and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field
• 5+ years of Scheduling and Project Controls experience
• 3+ years Renewable Energy scheduling (wind, solar, BESS)
• Ability to analyze contractor schedules and provide feedback
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
• Bonus: Smartsheet experience
