Senior Prompt Engineer (AI Clinical Products)

📋 Description

• Audit and re-architect CoeurWay prompts into modular chains.
• Lead model selection and evaluation for prompt tasks; model agnostic.
• Own the quality of AI generated clinical outputs; define success criteria.
• Evolve evaluation framework; expand rubrics, automation.
• Establish systematic output validation; edge cases and testing.
• Design new prompts and evaluation suites for CoeurWay and MYLE EMR.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in AI/ML, product development, computational linguistics, or related.
• 2+ years hands-on prompt engineering in production LLM systems (B2B SaaS).
• Experience decomposing prompts into modular, chained architectures.
• Experience designing or improving LLM evaluation frameworks and rubrics.
• Strong familiarity with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google APIs and tradeoffs.
• Advanced English; French required due to client interactions.
