Senior Property Accountant (Hybrid)

📋 Description

• Oversee JV-level budgeting, planning, and forecasting.
• Manage cash flow, treasury, and capital calls for JV entities.
• Review property-level accounting for GAAP and investor compliance.
• Maintain capital accounts and track tranches, preferred returns.
• Support acquisitions and dispositions accounting and allocations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• 5-7 years of accounting experience, with 3+ years in real estate or JV.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and JV accounting experience.
• Experience budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Proficiency with Yardi, MRI, Kardin, or similar real estate systems.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
