Support 12 brokers in industrial & logistics transactions.
Provide financial analysis, market intelligence and technical support.
Prepare financial models, cash flows, DCFs and underwrites.

Coordinate due diligence and maintain market databases.

🎯 Requirements

Experience in commercial property analysis, valuation or advisory
Strong Excel and financial modelling including DCF
Tertiary qualification in property, finance, economics or related
Sound knowledge of the Australian commercial property market
Industrial and logistics property experience
Forbury modelling experience
