Senior Property Manager (Commercial)

📋 Description

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned commercial properties
• Develop and execute annual business plans to maximize asset performance
• Support leasing and asset management initiatives, including preparing landlord work estimates
• Participate in due diligence for acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and redevelopment
• Foster strong tenant relationships and enhance tenant experience
• Ensure lease compliance (co-tenancy, exclusivity, kick-out, NNN caps)

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or related field preferred; experience in lieu of
• 8+ years property management experience in commercial office/retail
• 5+ years supervisory experience
• California Real Estate license and certifications (IREM, BOMA, ICSC) preferred
• Brokerage or Salesperson License preferred or willingness to obtain within 90 days
• Knowledge of contract/lease administration, financial management, accounting, budgeting, risk
