Senior Proposal Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end execution of security questionnaires (DDQs SIG CAIQ VSAQ) and buyer requests.
• Manage RFPs and RFIs, coordinating with GTM and deal teams to win business.
• Turn complex multi-stakeholder asks into clear, compliant responses.
• Collaborate with Security, Privacy, PDE, Legal, and Sales.
• Oversee proposal process from intake to submission, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Evaluate and recommend RFx tooling to scale the process.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in proposal or bid management.
• Turn complex multi-stakeholder asks into clear responses.
• Strong written communication for buyer-ready language.
• Experience with RFx platforms (RFPIO Loopio etc).
• Familiar with security compliance frameworks (SOC 2 ISO 27001 GDPR).
• Location: Seattle/Atlanta preferred; remote in US acceptable.
