Senior Proposal Manager

📋 Description

• Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of complex, high-value proposals, including
• Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the proposal process, coordinating internal
• Organize and facilitate proposal kickoff meetings, progress reviews, and quality assurance sessions
• Collaborate with business development leaders and executives to develop pursuit strategies, win
• Align proposal approaches with client priorities, project requirements, and broader business
• Conduct research on clients, competitors, market conditions, and industry trends to strengthen

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of proposal management experience specifically within the Architecture
• Demonstrated experience managing complex proposals, particularly design-build and alternative
• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local government procurement and compliance
• Extensive experience working with large, complex California public agencies, such as Caltrans and
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as
