📋 Description

• Plan, write, edit, and maintain high-quality proposals for aerospace systems, unmanned aircraft
• Analyze Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), Broad Agency Announcements
• Partner with Capture Managers to understand customer priorities, develop win themes, identify
• Collaborate with Technical Program Managers, business development professionals, engineers
• Interview subject matter experts to gather information on technical solutions, management
• Develop and refine technical, management, executive summary, past performance, staffing, quality

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Communication, Journalism, Communications, Business
• Five to seven years of professional proposal writing experience, including experience supporting
• Demonstrated success developing persuasive, competitive proposals, with the ability to communicate
• Strong understanding of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), federal procurement practices
• Exceptional writing, editing, interviewing, and verbal communication skills, with strong attention
• Excellent organizational and project coordination skills, including the ability to manage multiple

🎁 Benefits

• Annual salary range: $85,000–$150,000 USD, depending on level and qualifications.
• Level III: $85,000–$123,000.
• Level IV: $123,000–$150,000.
