Senior Proposition Manager

📋 Description

• Leading the development of new personal protection products and proposition enhancements
• Assessing concepts against customer needs, value and regulatory expectations
• Turning insight and market analysis into practical product decisions
• Building clear business cases for new product opportunities
• Collaborating with Distribution, Marketing, Pricing, Underwriting and Claims, Conduct, Operations
• Managing product governance activity including Product Lifecycle Management and Value for Money

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in UK protection product development, ideally personal protection
• Good knowledge of UK protection products, customers, market dynamics and regulatory requirements
• Experience managing product governance, Product Lifecycle Management and customer outcomes
• Ability to shape product/proposition strategy and deliver results
• Experience developing business cases and influencing senior or cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong commercial judgement balancing customer needs, value and regulatory requirements
