📋 Description

• Develop the strategy, market priorities, target partner profile, and operating model for a new
• Build and manage a qualified pipeline across health systems, integrated delivery networks, academic
• Establish and cultivate executive-level relationships with health system leaders, CMIOs, CIOs
• Develop, structure, negotiate, and close strategic enterprise partnership agreements, including
• Design, launch, and manage provider referral pilots with clear objectives, measurement frameworks
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Clinical, Marketing, Legal, Sales, Customer

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, enterprise sales, or
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing commercial strategies or partnership programs.
• Experience negotiating complex enterprise agreements and contracts.
• Experience working with healthcare providers, health systems, EMRs, or interoperability solutions.
• Strong strategic and analytical capabilities.
• Experience building a new business, market, partnership function, or growth channel from zero to
