Real grasp of monetization mechanics — revenue share, eCPM, ARPU.
Track record of closing deals and 6-7 figure partnerships.
Comfort talking to fintech product and monetization stakeholders.
Proven network of EMEA publishers.
Ability to back a pitch with data and work cross-functionally with Product and Ops.
