📋 Description

• Develop strategies to acquire research data from lab instruments.
• Build parsers for diverse instrument outputs.
• Architect data models and scalable pipelines; implement tests and utilities.
• Compare datasets from similar instruments to design shared data models.
• Create visualizations and dashboards using Streamlit, Tableau, Jupyter.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as Data Engineer or similar.
• 3+ years Python and SQL experience focused on data.
• Experience with data plotting dashboards like Streamlit, Tableau, or Jupyter Notebook.
• Excellent communication, detail oriented, able to drive delivery.
• Able to quickly grasp technical products and work with PM/Engineering.
• Nice to Have: Biology or Chemistry degree or 3+ yrs pharma biotech data exp.
