Senior Python Data Engineer

📋 Description

• Develop strategies to acquire data from scientific laboratory instruments.
• Build parsers for instrument outputs across formats (.xlsx, .pdf, .txt, .raw).
• Architect data models and scalable pipelines with tests and utilities.
• Compare datasets to design shared, extensible data model components.
• Create dashboards with Streamlit, Tableau, and Jupyter Notebook.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years building data engineering solutions.
• 3+ years Python and SQL with a data focus.
• Experience with Streamlit, Tableau, and Jupyter Notebook.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and delivery focus.
• Ability to quickly understand a technical product and collaborate with PM/engineering.
• Nice to have: biology/chemistry or pharma/biotech data exp; cloud DevOps; React.
