Senior Python Data Engineer

📋 Description

• Develop and refine strategies for acquiring research data from scientific laboratory instruments.
• Engineer parsers for diverse instrument outputs (.xlsx,.pdf,.txt,.raw,.fid) and vendor binaries.
• Architect robust data models, scalable pipelines, tests, and modular utilities.
• Perform comparative analysis of datasets to design shared, extensible data model components.
• Create visualizations and dashboards with Streamlit, Tableau, and Jupyter.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of building solutions as a Data Engineer or similar fields.
• 3+ years working in Python and SQL with a focus on data.
• Experience with dashboarding tools: Streamlit, Tableau, Jupyter.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and delivery ownership.
• Quickly understand technical products and communicate with teams.
• Exposure to DevOps practices in cloud environments.
