Senior Python Data Engineer

📋 Description

• Develop and refine data acquisition from lab instruments.
• Build parsers for formats such as .xlsx, .pdf, .txt, .raw, .fid.
• Architect scalable data models, pipelines, and tests.
• Compare datasets to design extensible data model components.
• Create visualizations and dashboards with Streamlit, Tableau, or Jupyter.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years building data engineering solutions.
• 3+ years Python and SQL with a data focus.
• Experience with dashboards like Streamlit, Tableau, or Jupyter is a plus.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and delivery ownership.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to PMs/engineers.
• Biology/Chemistry degree or 3+ yrs pharma/biotech data exp.
