Senior Python Developer (AI/ML)

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain backend for an AI chatbot testing platform using Python.
• Build, optimize, and maintain scalable APIs/backends with Django and Flask.
• Collaborate with teams to design architectures for NLU, NLG, dialogue and AI model integration.
• Integrate, evaluate, and optimize Generative AI, LLMs, and ML models.
• Ensure backend systems are high-performing, scalable, reliable via testing and monitoring.
• Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate requirements into solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS, AI, SWE, or related field.
• 7+ years in professional software development with Python backend.
• At least 2 years hands-on Generative AI/LLMs or advanced AI.
• Strong REST API/backend exp with Django/Flask or similar.
• Knowledge of ML concepts, NLP, NLU, NLG, and conversational AI.
• Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP cloud platforms (advantage).
